Free initial consultation!  At this meeting, you and your pets will get to know us, and we will get to know your pets.  We will also determine a visit schedule that will meet the needs of your pets. This meeting should take place about a week prior to the start of service.  Contracts and paperwork will be completed and we will pick up your keys.  We request two copies, which will be stored in a safe location, without identifying information.  Please consider keeping keys on file with Vancouver Pet Nanny for future visits.  If you want your key returned, a $10 fee will apply for key pick up return for future service.

Payment for your initial service is required at the consultation.  For future service, payment is required at the start of service.  Daily clients are due in advance, at the first visit of each week.
